No, our boards never need to be resealed, we use a technic known as an epoxy flood coat, we pour crystal clear high gloss epoxy over the board 1/4 inch thick. It creates a super tough UV resistant finish.
It's a more time consuming and expensive process, but the results are spectacular!
Most charcuterie boards on the market are sealed with a wax and oil finish that needs to be resealed periodically and are nowhere near the quality of our boards.
